1. Milestone-Based Service Delivery
Edge Opera Digital operates on structured, milestone-based engineering agreements. Every engagement is governed by a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) defining clear acceptance criteria before work begins.
2. Consulting & Advisory Retainers
Due to the customized allocation of senior software architects and AI specialists, hourly advisory fees and completed sprint cycles are non-refundable once engineering labor has been delivered and reviewed in staging environments.
3. Milestone Dispute Resolution
If a client identifies an objective discrepancy between delivered code and the agreed technical specifications in an approved SOW, Edge Opera Digital provides a mandatory 14-day remediation window to rectify defects at zero additional charge. In the event an unresolvable impasse occurs, uncommenced future milestone deposits are promptly refunded in full.
